Space Rental
The Venue at 441 is a private event facility equipped with a performance stage, outdoor patio, preset tables and chairs (if desired), onsite manager, kitchen space for food prep only).
5 Hour Event starting at $400.00 & up depending on the type of event.

Early Setup
If the facility is available prior to your event, the facility may be access 2 hours before your event starts.
Date Reservation Deposit
All events must be secured at the time of booking. The balance of the facility fee is due 30 days prior to the event date. Deposit equal to 50% of the facility rental Fee.
Cancellation Fee
All cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the event date, renter will receive a refund of the deposit. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the event date, no refunds will be given.
Onsite Security Fee
Some events may require on-site security. The Renter will be required to hire security depending on the type of event.
Additional Services
The Venue at 441 does provide wedding/event coordinator services or you may provide a wedding/event coordinator of your choice. Any linen rentals, lighting or drapery rentals, decorations, audio/video equipment, staging or additional services provided by The Venue @ 441 will incur additional fees above and beyond the facility Fee as described.
